Our mission
Most online courses end at a video and a quiz. We think that's not enough to actually change someone's career. BWI Academy exists to close the gap between watching a lesson and being able to do the job — through cohort-based learning, practice projects reviewed by real mentors, and certificates that mean something because they're tied to demonstrated competency, not attendance.
How we work
Learners choose a self-paced course or join a scheduled cohort with weekly milestones. Either way, they're paired with a mentor — an industry professional who reviews their project submissions, runs 1-on-1 sessions, and gives the kind of specific, practical feedback a video course never can.
